Training FAQ's
Every year, PARTS NOW! trains hundreds of
service professionals to repair the latest
models of HP and Lexmark laser printers. These
courses have traditionally been led at PARTS NOW!'s
Madison, Wisconsin training facility and at
various locations around the United States. Due
to great demand for these classes, we now offer
these courses online in a webinar format.
These webinars contain the same layout and
format as the hands-on training you've heard
about, including:
- Image formation is the prerequisite for
all classes
- Quick Specifications and model
comparisons
- Paper Path Tour
- Standard and Specialty Menus
- Printer step-by-step teardown
- Common Break-Fix information
At the end of each
webinar, you must score 80% on an end-of-class
test to receive a certificate of successful
completion.
Online Training Pricing
Subscription Fee - $400.00
Each subscription fee allows one
student access to a course for a two week
