Course Information

This course, taken from our hands class, takes the technician through specifications and paper path theory for this vertical inline color printer. Important aspects of printer drivers and menus including the diagnostic and service menu are also covered along with printer kits, and teardown. Trouble-shooting will be addressed through multiple modules of this course along with common break-fix information.

Color Theory and Process and a passing of a monochrome printer course are prerequisites for this course.
