This course takes the technician through specifications, paper path theory and multi-function operations for the LJ 4345mfp printer. Important aspects of printer drivers and menus including the diagnostic and service menu are covered along with printer and ADF kits and teardown. Trouble-shooting will be addressed through multiple modules of this course along with common break-fix information.

Image Formation and MFP Fundamentals are prerequisites for this course.
